Personal Data Protection Mention

Natixis S.A. as Data Controller collects and processes customers’ identification and contact data in order to send them mailings related to surveys. The processing is based on Natixis’ legitimate interest to manage the customer relationship. The personal data is stored for the duration of the survey, and then deleted or anonymized. The sources of the personal data are Natixis’ customer referential tools, and the recipients of the personal data are Natixis' relevant Business Teams as well as internal departments in charge of Communications, Organization and Customer Relations. The personal data may be transferred outside the European Union in which case the transfers will be based on European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We remind you that you can exercise, at any moment, and, under conditions laid down in the law, the following rights concerning your personal data: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to object, right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority.
